A Foreign Individual or Entity is any person or organization that is NOT one of the following:

  • A person located in the US
  • A US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident (wherever located)
  • An individual admitted to the US as a refugee or granted asylum
  • Any entity organized solely under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States
